This deflectable pneumatic spindle is capable of compensating part and positioning tolerances when machining. This means that it is possible to trace a part contour with constant pressure and achieve uniform removal, even under fluctuating conditions.

The deflection force is individually infinitely adjustable using air pressure (2-6 bar), even during processing.

With the integrated tool-changing system, tool changes can be carried out fully automatically and without downtime. If a component needs to be machined using different tools, it may be sufficient to stick with a single spindle. The tool-changing system can also be combined with an axial displacement which yields in the axial direction when used with front-facing tools such as cup brushes. Available with different speed.
